Availability of Staff

The Plaza Offices Center has an overall impressive staff with impeccable availability. The office is open from 8:30 - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday, closed only on the major holidays. They have never had to close early unexpectedly. The office manager is very accessible. Everytime we called in she was available to speak with us. The receptionists who answer the calls were friendly and helpful.

Fair and Streamlined Billing Process

The Plaza Offices Center sends monthly invoices on the 1st of every month. All invoices are delivered by email. The account department uses a combination of Quickbooks and Salesforce to generate charges and create invoices. Clients are generally happy with the billing procedures and were happy with the turn around time to dispute any charges.

Look and Feel of Office Locations

The Plaza Offices Center is located in a class-A building. The office is miantained by a 3rd party janitor service that comes 5 nights per week. Clients are overall happy with the cleanliness of the facility and had no negative feedback. The office was built 10 years ago and has sinse been renovated. The carpets have been replaced and hallways painted.

Customer Feedback

We spoke to 5 office tenants at the Plaza Offices Center. All 5 were extremely happy with the location and were planning on renewing their next term. We found two bad reviews on the internet who seemed to be from customers of one of the tenants and did not apply to the executive suite staff.
