What is a virtual office and how does it work? A virtual Office is the ability for you to use a professional, class-A office building as your own address plus a team of receptionists to answer, screen and transfer your calls and greet your visitors as they come into the office location.
Not sure if dedicated or virtual will work for me. What is the difference? Do you need a place to work or a place to locate your business? A dedicated office means you have an office suite in the building that is yours on a full time basis. A virtual office means you use the same office building but instead of having a dedicated office, you will reserve and use conference rooms and day offices and pay an hourly rate. You will also have a mailbox and front desk receptionist staff working for you at that location.
What is the difference in pricing and lease terms? (Virtual vs. dedicated office) A virtual office is month to month and the pricing is scalable depending on your needs and usage. A dedicated office is typically a 6 or 12 month lease term and can be 10 times more expensive than a virtual office.
Do I need a phone number or will it be provided? As part of your virtual office we will be providing you a phone number. You can select either a local phone number or a toll free number at no additional cost.
What are the specifics on the answering service? We do not like the term "answering service" as we are completely different than a call center. We assign a small group of 5 receptionists that are first class receptionists. They get to know you and your company more intimately than an answering service and truly come across as staff members of your company over the phone.
Will I get the specific suite number address? Po Box? Or common suite number address? This will depend on the location that you select. Please call us at (877) 811-4050 to find out about the location you are selecting.
How long does it take to setup? It will take you a few minutes to complete the order online. After that we will do all of the work for you. You will be assigned an account manager who will arrange for your new office address, phone number, and voicemail and train the receptionists. This could take anywhere from 24 - 48 hours.
What is the setup charge, if any? We charge a small $100 one-time fee to setup the account.
