The office is open 8:30-5 Monday through Friday. During afterhours the owners/managers are reachable by email and are very responsive.
The receptionist and phone answering times are available to clients Monday through Friday 8:30-5. During off hours client calls are individualized and can either go directly to their voice mail or to any alternate phone number they choose.
All clients and guests are immediately assisted by the front desk staff. The lobby wait time for management is less than 1 minute.
To reserve a conference room or day office clients can call, email, visit the front desk or log on to the client website and book a room themselves. The process to reserve a space is very easy.
After renovating, the suites of Sobon & Associates offers a modern, colorful and very comfortable environment for tenants.
