The Enterprise suites are open Monday through Friday 8-5. During these office hours there is full time receptionist/admin support and the manager is in on a daily basis for client services.
The receptionist is available 8-5 Monday through Friday. After hours calls are directed to the client’s office phone. If they are not available callers will have the option to leave a voice mail and clients are able to retrieve messages from any remote location.
Clients are assisted instantly. There is always a front desk staff member and the manager is nearby at all times.
The scheduling process is very easy. Clients can grab the book and mark the date and time of which room they would like at their own convenience. Clients can also call in during business hours to schedule a conference room if they prefer.
With white pillars and traditional pieces make a bold statement for the Enterprise suites. Furthermore, unique artwork will be found throughout the space created by the owner.
We spoke with clients at the Pamco Executive Suites – Enterprise location and have determined they genuinely feel the professionalism and kindness of the “staff and management have been excellent” as they do a “fantastic job” and are “extremely reliable”.
