Availability of Staff

During the review process of the Piscataway Center, we found that the staff including management provided immediate attention. They are accessible, accommodating and are “all about customer service” which is evident in their availability.

Do you get a live person when you call the office

Average Lobby Wait Times

Following up from their staff availability, lobby wait times are of no concern which is clear as their response time is prompt.

Receptionist/Phone Answering times

The Piscataway Center has friendly, professional receptionists during the work hours of 8:30 – 5:30 Monday through Friday to assist callers. Preceding the interview the initial call-handling experience with the receptionist was an excellent one.

Customer Feedback

After several conversations with current Piscataway Center clients, we were able to confirm the overall experience is absolutely excellent. Many felt that the “staff gives you the feeling that you have an extended staff – they appreciate your business model, they understand it and they are the face of our business”. We also discovered that the tenants felt supported by the Piscataway Center’s team and are “always willing to roll up their sleeves to figure out a solution”. Hands down, this center receives a 5-star rating.

Ease of Conference Room Reservations

In reviewing conference room accommodations at the Piscataway Center, we saw the location offers an ample amount for those in need of extra space for those pertinent meetings. In the event that rooms are occupied during the time requested the staff will open up an office - whatever it takes they are very available and offer easy online booking for client convenience.

Overall Look, Feel and Ambiance

Throughout our review of Piscataway Center we found the overall location to be light, airy, fresh and open. An excellent, first-class building where clients feel the environment is happy and filled with brightness.
