Availability of Staff

Overall, the staff with Bridgewater Center has left a wonderful impression with Allied Offices. The receptionist is always friendly, professional and available from the hours of 8:30 – 5:30 Monday through Friday. The managerial staff equals this impressiveness and while the center is not a 24/7 facility, the manager’s availability is always “on call” to assist clients via phone or email.

Average Lobby Wait Times

Wait time? Non-existent! Allied Offices found in their review of Bridgewater Center that anyone who walks through the door is greeted and assisted right away. If we had to pin-point a time we’d have to say the average wait time is immediately to 10 seconds.

Ease of Conference Room Reservations

During Bridgewater Center’s review we saw the process to secure office time was simple. There were enough conference rooms to accommodate client requests and there is rarely ever an incident where someone will be turned down. The center also offers a scheduling platform for online, real time booking.

Overall Look, Feel and Ambiance

During our evaluation we found the offices in Bridgewater Center to be a traditional, wood-accented space offering a comfortable environment for all to appreciate.

Customer Feedback

We spoke with several long-term tenants at the Bridgewater Center and are happy to report that each are very pleased. In some instances, these clients have been tenants for at least 8 years or longer. One tenant said they started out in 1 small office in 2008 and has upgraded twice during their lease and is now in a 3 room suite with a bathroom! From center accommodations to the staff and support these loyal clients give a 5-Star rating.
