Allied Offices opened our brand new office building in the spring of 2006. Our initial goal was to provide class-A office suites in the heart of Summerlin, Las Vegas at a premier location. Our success in securing one of the most ideal locations in Las Vegas was not the end of our journey. Founded as a family based company we decided to focus our attention on the services we provide to office clients. Our focus on Service drove our popularity in the virtual office and virtual receptionist community and led to the founding of TelAssistant and Allied Offices.
Allied Offices has quickly grown from 1 location in Las Vegas to over 350 locations globally. All of the calls are answered at our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas. We are comprised of bright, energetic, service focused people that enjoy being at work.
With partner locations throughout the United States, Allied Offices offers professional business addresses, physical facilities where businesses may hang their licenses, conference rooms, and meeting space to fit the needs of most businesses and professionals. Our virtual business solutions give our clients a tangible business identity.
Nathan Strum: President & CEO
Nathan Strum is President and CEO and Co-Founder of TelAssistant – Allied Offices. Nathan co-founded the company in 2005 with his parents Jeff and Gail Strum. The company started as an executive office suite and virtual office company servicing the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nathan served as General Manager and grew the company under a franchise banner to over $2 million in annual sales within 2 years.
In 2008, the Strum family sold the company to an outside investor and Nathan launched a new company in the outsourcing industry. In 2010 Nathan re-acquired the company as CEO and President.
Since re-acquiring the company in March 2010 Nathan has re-branded the company and led the company from a locally focused provider of virtual offices and virtual receptionist services to a global powerhouse with over 350 locations in the U.S and Canada..
Nathan’s passion comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. His great-grandfather, Nathan Strum Sr. was a bail bondsman in Springfield, Illinois. His grandfather, Sid Strum, owned multiple apartment complexes in Springfield and his father Jeff started his first job mowing the lawns of those apartment complexes. Four generations later, it is a natural for Nathan to support other businesses in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Racquel Pankau: Executive Assistant to President & CEO
Racquel understands the importance of product knowledge and quality. She has assisted in the development and implementation of the accuracy in the services provided to clients.
As a believer in camaraderie and working in an environmentally friendly atmosphere, Racquel also created and heads the corporate team building events.
During her tenure, she has been a TelAssistant receptionist, tech installer and supporter, content developer, and most recently the Executive Assistant to President and CEO.
Racquel has been a native to Las Vegas for 24 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Project Management and an Associates of Science degree in Computer Network Systems. She is a recipient of the ITT Tech medallion award and held the position of Vice President of the National Technical Honors Society.
Marianne Rogers: Office Manager
Marianne is responsible for the overall recruitment of new, bright, friendly and professional TelAssistant Receptionists. As Office Manager Marianne works closely with Sadu in ensuring a client's smooth transition from new client to happy client. Marianne also works with the Center Managers and coordinates certain parts of the accounting process with the Center Managers.
